(“Newmac or the “Company”) TSX-V: NER) is pleased to announce that, further to the Company’s press release dated August 19, 2013 and September 30, 2013, the Company has closed the private placement. The Company issued an additional 2,950,000 units. The units are subject to a hold period expiring on May 21, 2014. The proceeds raised from this private placement will be used for general working capital.
