Private Placement Closed

April 2, 2013.  Newmac Resources Inc. (“Newmac” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NER) is pleased to announce that the Company has closed a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) of 100,000 common shares at a price of $0.265 per Share previously announced on March 4, 2013.  The proceeds raised from the Offering will be used for general working capital.
