Change Of Officers And Director

October 4, 2013.  Newmac Resources Inc. (“Newmac” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NER) wishes to announce that Ze Yong (Allan) Wu has resigned from the board of directors of the Company effective immediately.  Mr. Wu has also resigned from the office of President of the Company.  Janet Horbulyk has resigned from the office of Corporate Secretary of the Company.  Han Xin Wu has been appointed both President and Corporate Secretary of the Company.  The board of directors of the Company wants to thank both Mr. Wu and Ms. Horbulyk for their service to the Company.
