January 10, 2012. Newmac Resources Inc. (“Newmac” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NER) is pleased to announce that it has appointed a new president and a new director to the Company.
Ze Yong (Allan) Wu has been appointed President of the Company and Gong (Michael) Chen has been appointed to the board of directors of the Company.
The Company has decided to cancel 4,186,000 common shares in the capital of the Company that the Company acquired in various share repurchases.
